How Funding Will Be Used
Long-Term Vision
The Boss Summit Community Hub is a long-term investment in economic equity and community stability. By creating permanent infrastructure, the Hub allows Boss Summit to deliver consistent programming, grow partnerships, and expand impact year after year.
This space ensures that women entrepreneurs have continued access to resources, community, and opportunity, today and into the future.
Investment in the Community Hub helps complete construction, launch programs, and create lasting economic opportunity for underrepresented women entrepreneurs.

EXPANSION
Boss Up & Build Back the Block Project.
The Boss Summit Community Hub is intentionally positioned as the anchor of a broader community revitalization effort. In addition to the Hub building, Boss Summit has secured control of five adjacent parcels of land through the Cleveland Land Bank as part of the Boss Up & Build Back the Block Project.
These parcels, located on and around the same block as the Community Hub, create a unique opportunity to expand programming, services, and community-centered development over time. With much of the surrounding area currently vacant, this land provides the physical capacity to grow the Hub’s impact beyond a single building and toward a cohesive, community-driven footprint.
