Boss Summit offers programs through a hybrid model that includes in-person learning at our Community Hub in Cleveland, virtual programming, and immersive retreat experiences. This allows us to serve women locally while expanding access beyond geography.

Program Areas

Business education, mentorship, financial literacy, workforce development, and community collaboration hosted at the Boss Summit Community Hub.

In-Person Community Hub Programs

Online workshops, learning sessions, and peer spaces designed to increase access regardless of location or schedule.

Virtual Programs

Immersive leadership and community-building experiences that complement core programming.

Boss Summit programs primarily serve underrepresented women entrepreneurs, including Black and Brown women, first-generation founders, and women from historically marginalized communities.
