After earning a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from SUNY Buffalo and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Buffalo, Tabatha ran full speed toward her dreams and never looked back. Staying true to her promise to create a better life for herself and her tribe. Tabatha launched Pantheon Transportation after noticing a lack of reliable transportation services in her community. Created in 2019, Pantheon Transportation has grown rapidly and now serves more than 700 patients each month. In addition, she is the mastermind and lead designer behind Dajior Clothing, a brand inspired by her first-born child, Dajior. Everyone who knows me knows that I am Boss Summit’s unofficial ambassador. I say this because the summit has single-handedly been one of the most powerful tools in my entrepreneur toolbox. When I attended the first-ever Boss Summit in 2020, I was amazed! The women, the masterclasses, the connections, the access to life-changing resources, and the overall experience were so powerful that three years later, I still religiously attended the summit.

At the summit, both budding and seasoned entrepreneurs learn SO MUCH about business structure, marketing, networking, branding, trademarking, and content creation. Many of us, attend the event with little knowledge about how to run a successful business but leave with everything we need. Today, I have a fully functioning website built by a Boss Summit attendee, I am in the process of getting my brand’s name trademarked, I have proper knowledge on ways to create attention-grabbing content, I retained a contract with an eight-figure brand, and I have connections with fellow attendees who I’m constantly in touch with and working with. This is the result of me attending the Boss Summit! I will continue to support it forever.

    Graciela Franco

    September 2022 Scholarship Recipient

    CEO of GFM Brands Agency

My name is Graciela Franco, an immigrant from Mexico and a single mother with aspirations of always reaching for greatness. However, it wasn't until I attended the Boss Summit Women's Retreat in March 2022 that I truly unlocked my potential and set forth on a transformative journey.

At the time, I was balancing an e-commerce lash brand with a full-time role as an HR and Operations Manager at a nonprofit organization. While I had always dreamed of becoming a full-time entrepreneur, the road ahead seemed challenging and almost impossible. The Boss Summit became the pivotal moment where everything changed for me, and I discovered my true calling.

The retreat, brought to life by the visionary founder Lynn Fulmore and attended by a community of inspiring women, became the place where my true talent for branding and digital marketing was brought to light. Lynn, along with fellow attendees, highlighted my creative eye and potential in these areas. This revelation ignited a passion that I had never fully acknowledged.

Armed with newfound knowledge and confidence from the Boss Summit, I decided to take my branding & digital marketing skills to the next level, recognizing the potential for a full-time income. About two months after the summit, circumstances took an unexpected turn as I lost my job. Instead of despair, I saw it as the opportune moment to go all in and build my branding & digital marketing agency. The unwavering support and encouragement from Lynn, the Boss Summit founder, and the incredible network of women I connected with during the retreat fueled my courage.

The Boss Summit played a monumental role in helping me transition from a dedicated employee to a full-time entrepreneur. Remarkably, approximately 80% of my clients can be attributed directly to the Boss Summit network, a testament to the invaluable connections forged during those transformative days. The impact doesn't end there. I have had the privilege of being invited as a speaker, an opportunity that not only expanded my network but also honed my public speaking and business abilities—skills that will undoubtedly serve me for a lifetime.

The Boss Summit network and retreat have been the foundation of my success, and I am proud to say that my business thrives, thanks in large part to the foundation laid during those unforgettable days. The support, mentorship, and opportunities provided by the Boss Summit have become an integral part of my entrepreneurial journey.

I was also honored to be the recipient of the $1,000 scholarship during my attendance, a gesture that not only boosted my confidence but also provided the essential resources to kickstart and expand my business.

If you require further information regarding my personal experience or feedback about the Boss Summit, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am a living testament to the profound impact of the Boss Summit on the lives of aspiring women entrepreneurs, and I am passionate about sharing my story to inspire others.

CEO of Pantheon Transportation & Dajior Clothing

I am writing this letter to support Boss Summit and its mission for female entrepreneurs. I attended Boss Summit in March 2022 for the first time. Although I saw the organization’s marketing ads many times prior, I was hesitant to attend because I was not sure how beneficial it would be for me in my career path. After making the decision to attend the Boss Summit, I must say that it was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Primarily for the future education of my small business, and the push I severely needed for my businesses to progress.

During the Boss Summit, I attended master classes daily in which I learned about marketing growth strategies, business taxes and finances, business plans and proposals, strategic ways to promote ads and media content using different platforms, social media etiquette, the importance of networking, sisterhood, and meaningful collaborations.

Boss Summit has inspired and motivated me to work harder to achieve my goals for my clothing brand and transportation company.

Knowing that I have networked with a group of women I can call upon for guidance, encouragement, and support on this journey of entrepreneurship is of immeasurable value. Before attending the summit I did not know the importance of social media presence and how can change the trajectory of your business,

I did not realize the importance of having a (WOSB) Women-Owned Small Business certification. I did not know how much my transportation business could grow from acquiring a government contract.

By collaborating with some of the women from the Boss Summit I was able to have my transportation business registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). I was able to get my website up and running. In addition, I was able to enhance my social media platforms. They are more appealing, attractive and receive more engagements.

I am honored and grateful to be a part of the Boss Summit sisterhood. I am so grateful to be connected to such an elite group of women. I feel so blessed to be part of an organization that celebrates and acknowledges the importance of women's empowerment.

Boss Summit helps women recognize their purpose, strengths, solidity, and the positive impact they must have to change their communities and make a difference. Boss Summit is an investment towards a brighter and more equitable future for all women to pursue their dreams.

    CEO Of Hydralyzed Essentials

In June of 2023, I had a business for 2.5 years that I was doing nothing with. I was just stagnant. While at the Transformation Hair Salon, I overheard a woman, who I now know as the founder of Boss Summit, Lynn Fulmore speaking about her Boss Summit Retreat and how great it is for women to attend. I began to talk about my aspiring business and before I could finish, she began encouraging me and giving me advice. I immediately followed Boss Summit on social media and found myself securing the last slot for Boss Summit Women’s Business Retreat 2023. One of the best decisions I ever made in my life!

During the Boss Summit Retreat, I learned I laughed, I cried, and I found genuine sisterhood relationships and business friends that I will hold for life. The speaker presentations that we experienced were priceless. We learned about social media presence, the importance of a website, applying for funding, grants, data analysis, and so much more! The speakers were genuinely interested in educating us. I truly believe they wholeheartedly believe in the mission of Boss Summit. I can call or email anyone who was presented and get a personal response. Staying in the mansion home in Kissimmee, Florida together was such a great bonus. We networked, shared, and received so much love, advice, and encouragement.

We entered as strangers and left as sisters.

When I arrived home from Boss Summit I was so full of motivation, information, and inspiration. Sure I could have googled information about starting a business...but seeing all of the women in various stages of their entrepreneurial goals made me feel like I can do it as well. These were successful women in their current businesses, yet, they were just as in awe as the rest of us. They too left the Boss Summit fueled, feeling inspired and ready to leap into their actual purpose and find their passion.

With the connections I made at the Boss Summit, I had my first speaking engagement as an RN for Aetna Healthcare. I received assistance with branding for my business, I launched Hydralzede Essentials (your ultimate path to wellness) and opened up a brick-and-mortar for my IV hydration business. My first client was a Boss Summit attendee.

I now have the access and opportunity to be a part of the board for the Boss Summit non-profit organization as a volunteer. I am gaining insight into what it means to be a non-profit organization and board member. I was also able to attend a board meeting and learn how the meetings are run.

Before attending the Boss Summit, I did not know about being on a board for an organization, nonprofits , applying for grants, or real networking. I find myself telling anyone who will listen, how impactful the Boss Summit was and I am often overwhelmed (in a good way) with the support I receive from the amazing women.

I have done more in the past three months since attending the Boss Summit than I have in three years since I started my business. The Boss Summit Retreat was truly an experience that every woman should experience at least once.

    Dynnae Berrian

CEO Of Native Organics and Blossom Butterflies

I first heard about the Boss Summit in 2020 from a dear friend and previous attendee. I can honestly say deciding to attend was indeed one of the best decisions I could’ve ever made.

Growing up in Philadelphia, PA you rarely see women coming together and supporting each other. What I experienced was mind blowing. I initially attended Boss Summit, with intentions. Those intentions were to acquire as much information to grow my business and develop a sisterhood. I got way more than I bargained for. Not only did I learn so much about entrepreneurship that I did not know, I received a lifelong sisterhood with some of the most amazing women I have ever met. The relationships have truly been priceless over the years. I personally attended three Boss Summit Retreats. I have sisters that I can call on for resources who live in Los Angeles, CA, Jacksonville, Florida, Toronto, Canada, and stretch all the way to The Gambia, West Africa!

Since attending Boss Summit I’ve been inspired by so many smart, talented women. Learning the importance of trademarking your businesses to the importance of growing your business through social media, how to properly manage your business taxes, how to obtain business credit cards from financial institutions, just to name a few. Business strategies were taught from established women speakers who have successfully built their own seven figure business. I can truly say I walked away with a wealth of knowledge.

When I attended Boss Summit back in March 2021 initially, I was only working as a hairstylist, however, I was inspired to start exploring other gifts and talents that I had on that back burner. Therefore, when I returned home, I got right to work. I launched my very own natural hair care product line called “Native Organics”. In addition, I started a youth female empowerment group in June 2023 that focuses on violence prevention, community engagement and mentorship.

The “Blossom Butterflies” was created to bridge the gap between the community and the female youth who are often misunderstood and overlooked. I mentored ten (10) young ladies over the summer that range from the ages 11-16.  The young teenagers came in shy, yet eager to experience what they’ve been missing. We put on community events, talked about the importance of resisting peer pressure, their personal struggles as young women and we prepared for the upcoming school year.

I am forever grateful for the impact Boss Summit had that opened my mind to explore all my business options. I am thankful I had this life-changing opportunity to experience women so full of advanced knowledge. Everyone was kind enough to unselfishly share all they have learned. I’m extremely proud of myself and honored to be connected to such an amazing group of strong, educated women who are single handedly changing the narrative.
