On January 16, 2015, the City of Cleveland officially renamed this street to honor one of its most famous sons. We recently received five parcels of real property from the Cleveland Land Bank, and we are transforming these spaces into a permanent Community Hub. This physical space will serve as the heartbeat of our operations, providing:
