Collab X Boss Summit MastHERMind TourBoss Summit® is taking our show on the road. With so many cities to go to and so many aspiring female entrepreneurs to touch we will start Fall 2024. Alongside the OHmazing Host Ms. Ohavia Phillips we will spotlight female entrepreneurs in the community.
We will kick off our TOUR in Charolette, NC. Some of the cities we will making stops at are Cleveland, OH, Scottsdale, AZ, Orlando, FL, Washington, DC, New York, NY, Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX. We will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the women interested in getting started. According to Forbes Magazine black women and binary entreprenuers are the fastest growing group throughout history in the United States. They are equipped to solve some of the world's largest unmet needs, have a legacy of reinvesting in their communities and creating intergenerational wealth. Boss Summit® is here to help get them started and provide funding and capital to finance their dreams. |

The Boss ExperienceThe Boss Experience is a podcast where women share their journey, stories and experiences as female entrepreneurs.
Hosted by Brianna Gainey (The Digital Princess) from Atlanta, GA our podcast is one of the fastest growing podcasts on the platform. We currently have over 60 LIVE episodes and thousands of listeners to date. Most of our interviewees come from women who have attended our Boss Summit® Women's Business Retreat. We give our platform to the women who support us. This gives them them opportunity to shine to our community that continues to build since September 2020. Boss Summit RetreatKnown as a business retreat, a level up, and the experience of a lifetime all wrapped in one, the Boss Summit™ was designed to serve as a 4-day/3-night experience that equips boss-minded businesswomen with the tools needed to build their empire.
Held annually, Boss Summit® — which is also a 501(c)3 nonprofit — was created and first held in 2020, and it has since sold out each and every time. Created by Lynn Brishae, a serial entrepreneur herself, Boss Summit™ is an all-inclusive ‘getaway with a purpose’ that takes place in a luxury mansion tucked away in the suburbs of sunny Kissimmee, Florida. During their stay, boss ladies are poured into by way of the Boss Summit® University, which features daily masterclasses and workshops that are packed with a wealth of knowledge. Through the university, attendees learn from and network with 6-8 guest speakers who have not only built their own businesses, but who have helped build the empires of the top influencers and celebrities that we know and love. In their MastHERclasses and workshops, Boss Summit® speakers teach the ins and outs of business licensing & trademarking, web & graphic design, business credit, taxes & funding, logo design, content creation, branding & marketing, growth strategies and much, much more. As if this isn’t luxurious enough, the ladies also get to hydrate with Boss Water, the summit’s refreshing private-label spring water, as well as enjoy five-star breakfast, lunch and dinner meals lovingly prepared by world-class celebrity chefs. As part of the Black Women Heal Too movement, attendees are also encouraged to take part in the Boss Summit™ Transparency Session, which functions like group therapy and is intended to inspire the ladies to release, regroup and recharge. MasterHERMind GalaBoss Summit® is a registered non profit 501(c)3 organization built to empower women to lead. We seek to advance the power of women, promote entrepreneurship and build a legacy. We continue to work to inspire, educate and motivate women to become stakeholder's in today's economy.
We love to celebrate our growth as women and as an organization yearly. Starting year end 2024 we will do just that by hosting our 1st Annual MastHERMind Gala. There we will celebrate our Boss Summit® $1,000.00 Scholarship Recipients. This scholarship goes to a deserving female entrepreneur at each Boss Summit® retreat to help further their education or to invest in their small business. To date we have 7 recipients. Awards will be given out to Female Entrepreneur of the Year and the Growth Entrepreneur of the Year. We have an amazing event planned. |
Boss Up & Build Back the Block Project
Boss Summit® promotes economic empowerment by investing in neighborhood development while providing business tools and resources to those who need it most.
In an overhaul Boss Up & Build Back The Block project initiative we seek to team up with our
for-profit arm, Mink Bawse Enterprises, Inc. to purchase and rehabilitate a block of homes.
Our Community Hub has long been an interest since October 2020, and one that we see as a big equity issue given that individuals experiencing opportunity to grow people in our society. Underserved communities of color disproportionately bear the impact of social and economic inequity in America. By focusing resources and investments we will produce the greatest returns.
Within our first 5 years we will have purchased, rehabbed and rented one Quadruplex 4 units, one 15-20 space parking lot, in addition to providing beautification. Our business center will provide direct resources to economically advance the underserved community.
Boss Summit® Community Hub will strategically partner with female entrepreneurs and business owners who need to grow their small business. As a long-term investment in the community we will support residents within 10-15 ice radius of ournproject site.
