Meet Lynn Fulmore. Born and raised in New York this native always knew she had a boss mentality. Lynn attended and graduated from two HBCU's. She received her B.S. Degree in Mass Communication and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Lynn worked in Management for Corporate America for 24 years. In addition, she currently still works for the Department of Homeland Security as a Lieutenant. The CEO and owner of Mink Bawse Enterprises, Inc. a real estate and development company in charge of the Boss Up & Build Back the Block project. Lynn is also a (4) four time Author who owns MBE Publishing LLC. Her publishing company is the home of all of her published books. BOSS SUMMIT® seeks to advance the economic power of women, promote entrepreneurship, and build a legacy for the empowerment of under-served communities. We work to inspire, educate, and motivate women to become stakeholders in today's economy. Boss Summit® is officially a non profit organization 501(c)3 founded in 2019 that is focused on empowering women to lead. |

Meet Ernestine Chambers is the Founder/CEO of Upskill Etc. Professional Consulting Agency. Ernestine is a highly experienced result oriented human capital planning specialist with a proven track record of delivering results. With over 17 years of experience in government and private sectors, she possesses extensive knowledge in developing teams. Ernestine is the recipient of the prestigious 2016 National Association of Workforce Development Professionals Award and is a nationally renowned trainer with specialization in diversity, equity & inclusion, non-profit management, leadership development & coaching, results-based accountability and operational service delivery. She has facilitated training across various industries, from non-profit grassroots organizations to large corporations. Over the past 7 years she has trained over 1500 individuals, 100 teams, coached 52 executive leaders. Ernestine’s expertise as an executive funding strategist has helped organizations build capacity, securing approximately $7.6 million through proposal/grant writing. Ernestine’s commitment to social justice is evident in her work in economic mobility, workforce development, health access, housing stabilization and equity advocacy. Meet Na'te Gordon. Nate’ Gordon has over 20 years’ experience in Workforce and Community Development. She is the CEO of One Eleven Strategies LLC, a consulting firm focused on capacity building for small businesses and housing for disenfranchised populations. Ms. Gordon is also the Deputy Director of Administrative Services for a nonprofit in Montgomery County Maryland. Prior to entering the nonprofit space, she served the Baltimore City Department of Social Services (BCDSS) as the Assistant Deputy Director. For fifteen years, prior to elevating to BCDSS, Ms. Gordon held multiple leadership roles at a national provider of employment and training services for workforce development boards and human service agencies. As a Senior Director of Workforce Operations, she managed State and Workforce Board funded performance-based and cost-reimbursement contracts throughout the East Coast and Mid-West states. Ms. Gordon is an experienced administrator who is well-versed in current trends and is intrinsically adept to analyze, organize, implement, and manage sound practices that significantly enhance infrastructure, operations, efficiency, performance, and productivity. Ms. Gordon earned her Master of Science degree in Public Administration, a second Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. |
Graciela FrancoBoard Secretary
Meet Graciela Franco. Graciela migrated to the U.S. from Mexico with her family at the age of 4. She became a DACA recipient in 2012. Graciela experience stems from working as a Paralegal for 5 years to working for and wearing many hats at different non profit organizations. Graciela has worked for One World Translation, United We Lead Foundation with their Parent Virtual Academy and Women Entrepreneurs, Colorado Latino Leadership, Advocacy & Research Organization where she held the position of Operations & Human Resource Manager, and a scholar mentor for the Latinas First Foundation. Gracie is currently the owner of GMF Brands, a branding & digital marketing agency that focuses on social media management, building websites and brand development. She also owns her own luxury lash brand called Bossae Lash. Graciela holds a great passion for cultural injustice and hopes to help elevate Latinos and black and brown communities to seek a higher degree of professionalism through her non profit work. |

Meet Erica Moncrief. Erica is a Detroit native and now resident of Charlotte, NC. Erica has made her mark as an Influencer, Marketing Executive and Entrepreneur. Erica attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she was involved and a key member of two prestigious organizations, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. Upon graduation, Erica landed an executive role at a Fortune 500 company. Erica aspired to inspire women to be the best version of themselves. She created and currently owns her own social media management company "Views Crew". They are dedicated to assisting clients build their brands. Some of her most notable clients include Womanaire Club, Mamanaire Club and Boss Summit which allows her to expand her reach and influence to over 355K. Erica is currently the owner of Views and Company, a brand management agency that focuses on social media management, design services and brand strategies. She may be the youngest in charge but she is definitely an asset to have in our network. |

Meet Makeya Adger. Makeya was accepted into the full scholarship Keystone Honors Program at Cheyney University and walked at the top of her class with a 4.0 G.P.A. She received her Masters in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University. Makeya started her career in Management by working for various companies from New Jersey to Florida holding positions as District Manager to Sales Profit Coach. Makeya currently works as a project coordinator for Avenger Construction and Consulting LLC. A company that is currently working on a 47 million dollar school acquisition and building project in Central Florida. All Makeya work experience has pushed her to leadership positions and she has received many awards and accolades. She is also the CEO and founder of her non profit organization called "The Green Heart and Hope Project". |

In addition, she represents & work with individuals in the Entertainment & Creative Industries as well as Women Empowerment Leaders & Motivational Speaker as a self-made Public Relations specialist & Creative Consultant. Her successes have contributed to her most recent Co-Design Project with YouTube, Dope Labs, as the Director of Artist Management/ Creative & Experiential Director as YouTube explores AI as a means to solve industry nuances for underrepresented communities. Relly has served as a Social Publicist, Designer, or Event Manager for mainstream, celebrity clientele such as the Jay-Z curated Made in America Festival, Miami Swim Week, The Kimmel Cultural Center, The GRAMMY’s, Crystal Bailey Productions & more. Meet Dynnae Berrian, Dynnae started her career as a self taught skilled braider and hair stylist in 2011. Dynnae is currently the proud owner of Heavenly Hair LLC. A company that specializing in natural hair care and protective styles. Dynnae has grown her business from braiding and styling to now creating her own curated organic hair care products called Naytive Organics. While working in the beauty industry she hosted several giveaway events and volunteered to braid girls from the community hair free of charge. Dynnae has always had a passion for serving others less fortunate than herself. Dynnae worked as the Human Resource Manager of a Home Healthcare Agency for several years serving underprivileged elders and special need adults. Coordinating services for seniors while bridging the gap between individuals with disabilities and the community brought Dynnae great joy. Dynnae currently works as case manager for the Department of Human Services helping women and men become self-sufficient and work towards their career goals. Growing up as a Philadelphia native, Dynnae was blessed to be surrounded by strong, hardworking women. Taking a notice on the lack of resources and gun violence that plagues the city of Philadelphia, Dynnae decided to start a female youth empowerment group in June 2023 called Blossom Butterflies. Understanding the importance of positive representation in the life of female adolescents, Blossom Butterflies focuses on mentorship, sisterhood, and volunteering. |

Meet Tabatha Lumley. Deeply driven and inspired by her upbringing, her community, and motherhood, Tabatha Lumley defines what it means to be a powerhouse. As a dual entrepreneur, she serves as the founder and CEO of Pantheon Transportation, a NY-based medical transportation company that provides underprivileged families with transportation to and from medical appointments. Tabatha also leads Dajior Clothing, a celebrity-endorsed, luxury streetwear brand that provides high-quality pieces to men, women and children worldwide. A true island girl, Tabatha grew up in Kingston, Jamaica in the Cassava Piece (Gullyside) neighborhood. Though proud of where she comes from, she’s the first to admit that life in Gullyside came with its own set of struggles. Raised in poverty, Tabatha witnessed first hand how hard her father worked to take care of their family, and it was during her childhood that she vowed to create a better life for herself and for those around her. After earning a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from SUNY Buffalo and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Buffalo, Tabatha ran full speed toward her dreams and never looked back. Staying true to her promise to create a better life for herself and her tribe. Tabatha launched Pantheon Transportation after noticing a lack of reliable transportation services in her community. Created in 2019, Pantheon Transportation has grown rapidly and now serves more than 700 patients each month. In addition, she is the mastermind and lead designer behind Dajior Clothing, a brand inspired by her first-born child, Dajior. Launched in 2019, Dajior Clothing was created to remind dreamers that regardless of their past, they are in control of their future as long as they believe in their greatness and do the work. When she isn’t masterminding and being a boss, Tabatha enjoys nurturing and teaching her three sons, as well as giving back to her community in both Buffalo and Kingston. |
